Kinship: Szn’s Treatings

Motion design for the lo-fi vaporwave skincare sets

Brief

Kinship’s holiday gift guide has arrived. This year they are celebrating with a lo-fi vaporware aesthetic and are looking for a motion designer to help creating compelling and on-brand animations.

My role

I partnered with the art director on the production side of the campaign. I animated all the motion graphics with existing final photography and illustrations.

Szn’s Treatings

This is the main paid Instagram story, which showcases itmes included in the sets and bundle names.

Birthday anniversary

Did I mention that it is also Kinship’s birthday? To celebrate 1 year anniversary of the brand, I hand-drew a birthday cake and animated the bouncing and confetti effect.

Always Instagram ready

I animated the names of each holiday bundle with wavy and typing effects that go well with the campaign's visual design.
